Michelle is the Founder and President of DEI Recruiting and Consulting, an organization focused on promoting inclusion and diversity in the workforce. With a mission to help companies achieve additional profitability and not leave money on the table. Michelle and her team partner with organizations to ensure they remain competitive and thrive through an inclusive and diverse workforce.

With over three decades of experience in various leadership positions, Michelle is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. ​She is also a decorated US Air Force veteran, having received numerous awards during her time of service, including the Top Graduate of her class in the NCO Academy, Top Airman of the Base, The Levitow Leadership Award, and two Commendation Medals. She is a proud native of Texas and currently resides in Dallas with her wife and grandson.

 

With her vast experience in leadership, expertise in diversity and inclusion, and her ability to inspire positive change through her speaking engagements, Michelle is a driving force for progress in the corporate world.
